KW Automation’s Inline Electronic Weight Sizers deliver exceptional grading accuracy, enhancing the presentation and market value of your produce. As produce passes the weighing section, the system performs up to 100 simultaneous readings per piece, ensuring precise weight measurement.

Pre-programmed weight settings can be quickly selected via a simple keyboard interface, offering flexibility and efficiency for a wide range of fruit types and sizes—from small plums to large mangoes. Each lane is capable of handling up to 15,000 pieces of fruit per hour, and units can be configured with up to 8 lanes to meet the demands of large-scale operations.

Designed to meet stringent quality standards, KW Weight Sizers can operate as standalone units or as part of a fully integrated KW processing line.
